Proposal Summary:

The Juvenile Justice Commission is proposing to readopt with amendments the rules of N.J.A.C. 13:92 which pertain to county juvenile detention facilities and provide standards for the care of juveniles in these facilities pending court disposition. The notice of proposal was published on May 2, 2005 in the New Jersey Register, 37 N.J.R. 1417(a).
