Juvenile Justice Commission Proposal Summary: The Juvenile Justice Commission is proposing a new rule at N.J.A.C. 13:94, Detention of Juveniles in Municipal and Adult Facilities, to specify the circumstances and conditions under which juveniles may be detained at police stations and similar facilities that hold detained adults and juveniles for brief periods of time. The notice of proposal was published on September 19, 2005 in the New Jersey Register, 37 N.J.R. 3561(a).
