The Juvenile Justice Commission is proposing the re-adoption of N.J.A.C. 13:95, Secure Facilities, with amendments, new rules and repeals. This rule governs the operation of secure facilities within the Juvenile Justice Commission. The notice of proposal was published on September 19, 2005 in the New Jersey Register, 37 N.J.R. 3564(a).
