The Financial Affairs & State Contracting Practice Group consists of four sections: Banking & Insurance; Transportation, Construction and Condemnation; Pensions and Financial Transactions; and Tax, Bankruptcy and Debt Recovery. The Assistant Attorneys General have overall responsibility for the management of the practice group. In addition, they provide policy direction and supervision for the handling of various transactional, budgetary, and procurement work throughout the Division.
