Public Hearing on Voting Machine Software Upgrade

WHAT:
The New Jersey Division of Elections will hold a public hearing regarding the certification of software for Election Systems & Software (ES&S) voting machines in Sussex County. The applicant has proposed a software module (DAM) upgrade to the current state-certified Unity 2.2 System, replacing DAM v4.2 with v6.0, used for electronic transfer of the unofficial election results from Sussex's regional sending locations. No other components would be modified, leaving the remaining Unity Election Management software suite and iVotronic tabulator firmware unchanged.
