Proposal Description: The New Jersey Racing Commission proposes to make numerous technical and other amendments to N.J.A.C. 13:74 – a chapter establishing the procedures for licensing, operating and maintaining off-track wagering facilities in the state, as well as for New Jersey’s account wagering system. The proposed amendments are designed to conform 13:74 with proposed amendments to other rules establishing annual benchmarks that permit holders and/or horsemens’ organizations must meet in order to maintain their respective share of unopened off-track wagering facilities.
