Bridgeton Troopers Seek Public's Help Identifying Home Invader
Upper Deerfield Township, N.J. - Bridgeton troopers are seeking the public’s help with identifying a
man who forced his way into an Upper Deerfield Township home and assaulted the woman who lived there.
On Tuesday, June 3, at approximately 12:53 p.m., a man forced his way through the rear door of a Landis Avenue h
ome. Once inside, he encountered the homeowner and demanded money. A brief struggled ensued before the man threw the
68-year-old woman to the floor. She was able run from her home when the man went into another room.
The suspect is described as a black male, age 20-30, 6-6’4”, 175-200 pounds, black hair, and a black and grey goatee.
He fled the scene driving a tan or gold sedan, possibly a Toyota Camry.
The victim has not reported anything stolen at this time. This is an ongoing investigation. Anyone with information
is asked to call the Bridgeton Barracks at (856) 451-0101.
