foot pursuit, arrested him. Brown was found with a GPS, two MP3 players, and prescription drugs, all believed to be stolen
from local vehicles.
He was charged with three counts of burglary, two counts of theft, criminal attempt (theft), eluding by flight, and resisting
arrest. He was lodged in Cape May County jail in default of $40,000 full cash bail.
