As used in this act:

1. "Victim" means any person who suffers personal injury or death or incurs loss of or injury to personal or real property as a result of the crime;

2. "Victim's representative" means one who represents or stands in the place of a victim, including but not limited to a spouse, parent, relative, guardian, dependent, heir, or executor.
