52:4B-45. County victim-witness coordinator
    The Chief of the Office of the Victim- Witness Advocacy shall appoint a county victim-witness coordinator in each county.
  1. A county victim-witness coordinator shall be responsible for the implementation of the victim- witness rights program in that county.
  2. Each county prosecutor shall provide office space, when available, for the victim-witness coordinator of that county.
  3. Each municipality may provide office space for these purposes at minimal or no cost.
