The New Jersey Administrative Code (N.J.A.C.) is an official publication of the State of New Jersey. The N.J.A.C. contains all effective rules adopted by State agencies and filed with the Office of Administrative Law pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14B-1 et seq., and the Office of Administrative Law Rulemaking Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:30. The rules of the State Parole Board are established within N.J.A.C. Title 10A:71 and 72.  The N.J.A.C. is published by LexisNexis.  LexisNexis provides free online public access to the semi-monthly updated version of the New Jersey Administrative Code at http://www.lexisnexis.com/hottopics/njcode. Please note that the online version of the Code is not the official Code and that the publications at LexisNexis are updated quarterly.

The State Parole Board provides notices of rule proposals and adoptions in the New Jersey Register (N.J.R.).  The New Jersey Register (N.J.R.) is an official periodical publication containing notices of proposed rules and rules adopted by State agencies pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14B-1 et seq. The N.J.R. is issued twice monthly by LexisNexis, under the direction of the Office of Administrative Law. LexisNexis provides free online access to the New Jersey Register at http://www.lexisnexis.com/hottopics/njoal/.
