The New Jersey State Council on the Arts website ("NJSCA") may contain optional links, information, services and/or content from other websites operated by third parties that are provided as a convenience, such as Google™ Translate.

Google™ Translate is an online service for which the user pays nothing to obtain a purported language translation. The user is on notice that neither the NJSCA nor its operators review any of the services, information and/or content from anything that may be linked to NJSCA for any reason.

To the extent Google™ Translate caches and presents older versions of NJSCA content, that is beyond the control of NJSCA and its operators who accept no responsibility or liability for the outdated translation.Any third party link to the NJSCA can be used at the user's sole risk.

The user is further on notice that the NJSCA and its operators expressly and fully disavow and disclaim any responsibility or liability in respect of any cause, claim, consequential or direct damage or loss, however described, arising from the use of Google™ Translate or any other service, content or information linked to NJSCA.
