Materials Procedures are detailed procedures used by Bureau of Materials and Regional Materials personnel in performing sampling and testing of materials. Materials Procedures do not supercede specifications (NJDOT, AASHTO, or ASTM). Materials Procedures give details on the administering of the specifications.
