Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route US 1
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route US 1 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
1. In Mercer County:
i. In the City of Trenton:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
ii. In the Township of Lawrence:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iii. In the Township of West Windsor:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
2. In Middlesex County:
i. In the Township of Plainsboro:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
ii. In the Township of South Brunswick:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iii. In the Township of North Brunswick:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iv. In the Township of Edison:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
v. In the Township of Woodbridge:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
(b) The certain parts of State Highway Route US 1 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no parking bus stop” zones, where the parking of any vehicle other than omnibuses, picking up or discharging passengers, is prohibited at all times:
1. In Mercer County:
i. In the Township of Lawrence:
(1) Mid-block bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between a point 440 feet north of the northerly curb line of Bakers Basin Road and a point 135 feet northerly therefrom, towards Interstate 295.
(2) Mid-block bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between a point 200 feet south of the southerly curb line of Franklin Corner Road (CR 546) and a point 135 feet southerly therefrom, towards Route US 1 Business.
ii. In the Township of West Windsor:
(1) Near side bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between the southerly curb line of Carnegie Center Boulevard and a point 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(2) Far side bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Nassau Park Boulevard and a point 100 northerly therefrom.
(3) Mid-Block bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between a point 665 feet north of the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Emmons Drive and a point 135 feet northerly therefrom, towards Meadow Road.
(4) Near side bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Meadow Road and a point 105 feet northerly therefrom.
(B) Between the northerly curb line of Nassau Park Boulevard and a point 105 feet northerly therefrom.
(5) Mid-Block bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between a point 550 feet south of the southerly curb line of Emmons Drive and a point 135 feet southerly therefrom, toward Nassau Park Boulevard.
2. In Middlesex County:
i. In the Township of South Brunswick:
(1) Near side bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between the southerly curb line of Whispering Woods Boulevard and a point 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(2) Near side bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(B) Between the northerly curb line of Wynnwood Drive and a point 105 feet northerly therefrom.
ii. In the Township of North Brunswick:
(1) Near side bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between a point 66 feet south of the southerly curb line of Commerce Boulevard and a point 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(2) Near side bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between the northerly curb line of North Oaks Boulevard and a point 105 feet northerly therefrom.
