Route NJ 122
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 122 described in this subsection are designated and established as "no parking" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, NJSA 52:14B-1 et seq., and NJAC 1.30. In accordance with NJSA 39:4-198, proper signs shall be erected to notify the motoring public.
1. In Warren County:
Note: State Highway Route NJ 122 is under county (Warren County) jurisdiction from approximate mileposts 0.00 to 0.79.
i. In the Township of Pohatcong:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Beginning at a point 35 feet east of the easterly curb line of Dalton Street and extending to the Pohatcong Township – Phillipsburg Town corporate line.
(2) No stopping or standing along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Beginning at a point 65 feet west of the westerly curb line of Maple Avenue and extending to a point 50 feet east of the easterly curb line of Maple Avenue.
(B) Beginning at a point 75 feet west of the centerline of St. James Avenue (County Route 519) and extending to the southerly curb line of Route US 22.
(3) No stopping or standing along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Beginning at the southerly curb line of Route U.S. 22 and extending to a point 67 feet west of the centerline of St. James Avenue (County Route 519).
(B) Beginning at a point 53 feet east of the easterly curb line of Maple Avenue and extending to a point 110 feet west of the westerly curb line of Maple Avenue.
