Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 93
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 93 described in this subsection are designated and established as "no stopping or standing" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, NJSA 52:14B-1 et seq., and NJAC 1:30. In accordance with the NJSA 39:4-198, proper signs shall be erected.
1. In Bergen County:
i. In the Borough of Ridgefield:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
ii. In the Borough of Palisades Park:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iii. In the Borough of Leonia:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iv. In the City of Englewood:
(1) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
(b) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 93 described in this subsection shall be designated and established as "no stopping or standing during certain hours" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times except as specified below. In accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-199, permission is granted to erect appropriate signs at the following established "no stopping or standing during certain hours" zones:
1. In Bergen County:
i. In the City of Englewood:
(1) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday:
(A) From a point 416 feet north of the northerly curb line of Sheffield Avenue to a point 366 feet north of the northerly curb line of Sheffield Avenue.
(c) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 93 described in this subsection shall be designated and established as "no parking" zones where parking is prohibited at all times. In accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-199, permission is granted to erect appropriate signs at the following established bus stops:
1. In Bergen County:
i. In the Borough of Palisades Park:
(1) Near side bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) West Central Boulevard - Beginning at the northerly curb line of West Central Boulevard and extending 100 feet northerly therefrom.
(2) Far side bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) West Edsall Boulevard - Beginning at the southerly curb line of West Edsall Boulevard and extending 110 feet southerly therefrom.
(B) West Ruby Avenue - Beginning at the prolongation of the southerly curb line of West Ruby Avenue and extending 100 feet southerly therefrom.
ii. In the Borough of Leonia:
(1) Near side bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Ames Avenue - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Ames Avenue and extending 105 feet northerly therefrom.
(B) Christie Street - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Christie Street and extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(C) Schor Avenue - Beginning at the prolongation of the southerly curb line of Schor Avenue and extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(D) Christie Heights Street - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Christie Heights Street and extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(E) Fort Lee Road - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Fort Lee Road and extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(2) Far side bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Highwood Avenue - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Highwood Avenue and extending 100 feet northerly therefrom.
(B) Prospect Street - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Prospect Street and extending 100 feet northerly therefrom.
(C) Fort Lee Road - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Fort Lee Road and extending 100 feet northerly therefrom.
(D) Vreeland Avenue - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Vreeland Avenue and extending 100 feet northerly therefrom.
(E) Overlook Avenue - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Overlook Avenue and extending 100 feet northerly therefrom.
(F) Lakeview Avenue - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Lakeview Avenue and extending 100 feet northerly therefrom.
(3) Near side bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Christie Heights Street - Beginning at the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Christie Heights Street and extending 105 feet northerly therefrom.
(B) Station Parkway - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Station Parkway and extending 105 feet northerly therefrom.
(4) Far side bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Lakeview Avenue - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Lakeview Avenue and extending 100 feet southerly therefrom.
(B) Ray Avenue - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Ray Avenue and extending 100 feet southerly therefrom.
(C) Hillside Avenue - Beginning at the prolongation of the southerly curb line of Hillside Avenue and extending 100 feet southerly therefrom.
(D) Schor Avenue - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Schor Avenue and extending 100 feet southerly therefrom.
(E) Fort Lee Road - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Fort Lee Road and extending 100 feet southerly therefrom.
(F) Prospect Street - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Prospect Street and extending 100 feet southerly therefrom.
(G) Highwood Avenue - Beginning at the prolongation of the southerly curb line of Highwood Avenue and extending 100 feet southerly therefrom.
(H) Ames Avenue - Beginning at the prolongation of the southerly curb line of Ames Avenue and extending 100 feet southerly therefrom.
(I) Oakdene Avenue - Beginning at the prolongation of the southerly curb line of Oakdene Avenue and extending 100 feet southerly therefrom.
iii. In the City of Englewood:
(1) Near side bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Sheffield Avenue - Beginning at the southerly curb line of Sheffield Avenue and extending 120 feet southerly therefrom.
(2) Far side bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Rockwood Place - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Rockwood Place and extending 105 feet northerly therefrom.
(3) Near side bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Sheffield Avenue - Beginning at the northerly curb line of Sheffield Avenue and extending 120 feet northerly therefrom.
(4) Mid-Block bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) From a point 100 feet south of the southerly curb line of Rockwood Place to a point 235 feet south of the southerly curb line of Rockwood Place.
