Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 94
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 94 described in this subsection are designated and established as "no stopping or standing" zones where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, NJSA 52:14B-1 et seq., and NJAC 1:30. In accordance with the NJSA 39:4-198, proper signs shall be erected.
1. In Warren County: Note: State Highway Route NJ 94 is under the jurisdiction of the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission from approximate mileposts 0.00 to 0.13.
i. In the Township of Knowlton:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) From the northerly curb line of Hainesburg-River Road to the Knowlton Township - Blairstown Township corporate line (approximate mileposts 2.5 to 3.93).
ii. In the Township of Blairstown:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) From the northerly curb line of Lambert Road to the southerly curb line of Mingle Road (approximate mileposts 7.10 to 10.00).
2. In Sussex County: Note: State Highway Route NJ 94 is coincident with State Highway Route US 206 from mileposts 22.47 to 24.91. Note: State Highway Route NJ 94 is coincident with State Highway Route NJ 15 from mileposts 27.70 to 28.00.
i. In the Township of Fredon:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) From the northerly curb line of Stillwater Road (County Road 610) – Fredon-Springdale Road to a point 1,500 feet north of the northerly curb line of Willows Road.
ii. In the Town of Newton:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
(2) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between the intersections of Church Street and Summit Avenue
(B) Between the intersections of Park Place and the driveway to the Newton Trust Company.
iii. In the Township of Hampton:
iv. In the Township of LaFayette:
v. In the Township of Sparta:
vi. In the Township of Hardyston:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
vii. In the Township of Vernon:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) From the Hardyston Township-Vernon Township corporate line to the Lehigh and Hudson River Railroad (McAfee Railroad tracks).
(B) From the intersection of County Road 517 (Rudetown Road) to the intersection of Mott Drive.
(C) From the southerly curb line of Route NJ 94-County Road 515 (south intersection) to a point 130 feet southerly therefrom.
(D) From County Road 515 (Stockholm Road) (south intersection) to a point 800 feet northerly therefrom.
(2) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Beginning at the southerly curb line of Church Street and extending 250 feet southerly therefrom.
(b) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 94 described in this subsection are designated and established as "no stopping or standing" during certain hours zones where parking is prohibited as specified, except where other parking restrictions apply. In accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-198, permission is granted to erect appropriate signs at the following established zones:
1. In Sussex County:
i. In the Town of Newton:
(1) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday:
(A) Beginning at a point 100 feet north of the northerly curb line of Church Street and extending 135 feet northerly therefrom.
(c) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 94 described in this subsection shall be designated and established as "no parking bus stop" zones where parking is prohibited at all times. In accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-199, permission is granted to erect appropriate signs at the following established bus stops:
1. In Sussex County:
i. In the Town of Newton:
(1) Far side bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Church Street – Beginning at the northerly curb line of Church Street and extending 100 feet northerly therefrom.
