#54716 as of June 12, 2003.

NOTE:  Line Item # 1 will still remain under General Products
contract # 54716.

Please be advised that Price Line #4 (Liners, Garbage, Plastic,
23 x 17 x 46) for Brand: DC Plastic Inc. Model DCNJ4-01), has
been re-awarded to DC Plastic Inc for the period of June,13, 2003
and ending March 31, 2004. Contract #55309.

Also please be advised that Price Lines 5 & 6 (Liners, Garbage,
Plastic, (22 x 14 x 58) and (23 x 17 x 46) Brand: Calico, has
been re-awarded to Calico Industries. Contract #55310.

Please attach this addendum to your current Notice of Award.
