The following revision is made to the Method of Operation:

Section A. State Agencies, Paragraph 2. is revised to read as follows:

2.  Agencies may not order any Telecommunication equipment/systems in
  excess of $25,000.00 on this contract without the Office of
  Information Technology (OIT) approval.  Orders in excess of
  $25,000.00 must be supported by a justification.
