CONTRACT PERIOD:    February 1, 2000 to January 31, 2001

1. The following revisions are made to the subject
contract:

1.   Contract A42289, Siemens Information and Communication
Network, Inc., is revised as follows:

     The discount column for lines 00017, 00042,
     00060, 00071, and 00092 has been
     changed.  The 25% discount has been deleted.  The
     discount column has been revised to
     read "Net".  This revision will allow for quantity
     discounts.

2.   Contract A42299 was originally awarded to Network
Cabling.  This contract has now been assigned to Atlanticom
Technologies.  Atlanticom Technologies has responsibility
for all lines originally awarded to Network Cabling at
the same prices, terms and conditions.
