ANCHOR Benefit Payments

We will start distributing ANCHOR benefits in early October, and continue on a rolling basis. Most applicants will receive their payment about 90 days after applying, unless additional information is needed to process the application.

ANCHOR

We sent letters to qualified taxpayers confirming automatic eligibility for this season's ANCHOR benefits. If your filing information is unchanged from last season, no action is needed. If it has changed, file a new application by September 15, 2024.

We recently sent mailers to homeowners and tenants containing filing information and instructions on how to apply for the ANCHOR Benefit. The deadline to apply for is November 30, 2024.
