We sent letters to qualified taxpayers confirming automatic eligibility for this season's ANCHOR benefits. If your filing information is unchanged from last season, no action is needed. If it has changed, file a new application by September 15, 2024.

We recently sent mailers to homeowners and tenants containing filing information and instructions on how to apply for the ANCHOR Benefit. The deadline to apply for is November 30, 2024.

Senior Freeze Payments

We are currently issuing 2023 payments to qualified applicants.

2023 New Jersey Income Tax Refunds

We are currently issuing Income Tax refunds for the 2023 tax season.

Paper checks are issued from the "Property Tax Relief Fund" and direct deposits are made as " State of N.J. NJSTTAXRFD."
