CCRC will plan, coordinate and promote the public and private development of the Capital District in a manner which enhances the vitality of the district as a place of commerce, recreation, and culture. CCRC will plan, coordinate and encourage an appropriate balance of governmental and nongovernmental facilities and activities in the district, and assist in the provision of public, recreational and cultural facilities, in the preservation and restoration of historic structures and sites, and in the stimulation of private investment in the district in order to establish it as a source of State pride equal in standard to the best of State capitals in the country.

The Board meeting calendared for Tuesday, May 26th will continue as scheduled. That meeting will return to the usual format for meeting attendance and timing according to the following rule: all Meetings begin at 10:00 AM and are held in person and virtually, until further notice. Meetings are scheduled on the fourth Tuesday of the month, unless otherwise noted.
