The Division of Selection Services and Recruitment assists state and local government agencies in the recruitment and selection of employees. The division collects application fees, announces both open competitive and promotional job opportunities, determines eligibility, develops and administers examinations and/or ranks applicants based on qualifications, and generates open competitive and promotional eligible lists for certification by appointing authorities in the State, County and Municipal governments.
