Overview The Civil Service Commission offers a variety of programs for State and Local government employees. In addition to the Employee Recognition Program, the Civil Service Commission has other programs available to assist employees in all aspects of their career and personal lives. From special leave programs to awards ceremonies, the Commission makes every effort to eliminate complications for New Jersey's workforce.
