About Our Human Resources Team

Human Resources takes a leadership role and provides service in support of the HMFA Mission by promoting the concept that our employees are our most valuable resource and will be treated as such.

We act as catalysts enabling all HMFA employees to contribute at optimum levels towards the success of program implementation which advances the rehabilitation, construction and financing of affordable housing for the State of New Jersey.

The Human Resource Team carries out this Mission through effective communication, treating employees with dignity and equality, understanding employee needs, and by providing a safe, healthy and secure work atmosphere.

The members of Human Resources have Five Basic Objectives and we are proud to be part of an Agency that provides a challenging, progressive and supportive environment that encourages and promotes employee career development.
