HAZARDOUS WASTE COMPLIANCE MONITORING FEES NOT ISSUED YET FOR THIS YEAR

Hazardous Waste Compliance Monitoring Fees have not yet been issued for this year, but it is anticipated that they will be issued before March 15, 2008.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

On January 7, 2008, the Department adopted new fees. With this adoption, the Department will be able to recalculate the fees on an annual basis. This recalculation will be published in the New Jersey Register each year in December and the change will take effect each January. Two new fees were created for Hazardous Waste Transfer Facilities and Hazardous Waste Transporter Registration and existing fees changed as shown in the table below.
