First NJ Light Artillery, Battery A (Raritan) - will set up a Civil war encampment & demonstrate loading & firing a period cannon. The group will field an authentic bronze 6 pounder cast in 1844. www.2dnjbrigade.org

12th NJ Volunteer Infantry (Williamstown) – will present a company of volunteer infantry during the Civil War. Camp life will be explored and the public will be invited to participate in a company drill. www.mifflinguard.org

104th Pa. Volunteer Infantry, Co. C (Warminster, PA) - This Civil War reenactment group will set up a camp and demonstrate military drill exercises. www3.50megs.com/104pa

1719 William Trent House Museum (Trenton) - Built for William Trent, a wealthy Philadelphia merchant, it is the oldest building in the City of Trenton. Trent was a founder of the city and its namesake. Children will enjoy hands-on activities such as quill pen writing, toys & games, & scented sachet making. williamtrenthouse.org

1759 Vought House (Annandale) - is a Revolutionary War Loyalist homestead. Information about the house and future plans for its restoration and interpretation will be available. www.1759House.org

4th Armored Divison HPG (Edgewater Park) - will have a display of combat vehicles, communication equipment & daily life of soldiers during WWII in Europe. www.4tharmored.org

Alice Paul Institute (Mt. Laurel) - is dedicated to educating the public about the life and work of Alice Paul (1885-1977) who was a suffragist, author of the Equal Rights Amendment and an activist for women’s equality. The Institute will sell historically themed items in the MarketPlace. www.alicepaul.org

Allaire Village, Inc. (Wall) - operates, in partnership with the state, the 1830s Howell Iron Works. Costumed interpreters will present a temperance program. www.allairevillage.org

African-American Heritage Museum of Southern NJ, Inc. (Newtonville) - is committed to educating people on the struggles of African-Americans past & present. The museum will present an exhibit. www.aahmsnj.org

American Labor Museum (Haledon) - educates and promotes the history of the American Labor movement. Visitors are invited to play a game of bocce, learn about the Silk Strike of 1913 & share their family’s labor heritage on the “Family Labor Vine”. www.labormuseum.org

Archaeological Society of NJ (West Long Branch) - was organized in 1931 to promote & encourage the study of historic & prehistoric archaeology. The Society will present a display on NJ's historic & prehistoric archaeology. www.asnj.org

Aside Line Sidesaddle Association (Branchburg) - will demonstrate the art of riding sidesaddle. Members will also have an informational table for those interested in learning more about riding sidesaddle.

Avalon Museum & Historical Society (Avalon) - collects & preserves the history of the Borough of Avalon through its collections, exhibits, lectures & publications. The Society will host an information table. www.avalonmuseum.org

Batsto Museum Shop (Batsto) - will have a variety of items for sale including books, stationery, jewelry, toys & historically themed items related to Batsto. Literature about the history of Batsto will also be provided. www.batstovillage.org

Battleship New Jersey (Camden) - is our nation’s largest and most decorated battleship. A demonstration of voice-powered phones that were used on the ship will be featured. www.battleshipnewjersey.org

Bergen County Historical Society (River Edge) - operates several historic house museums at Historic New Bridge Landing. The Society will feature the Tricorn Dance Ensemble who will perform to the music of Ridley & Anne Enslow. www.bergencountyhistory.org

Black River Railroad Historical Trust (Ringoes) - a volunteer organization that preserves the heritage & history of railroading through seasonal passenger excursions on the Black River & Western Railroad. The Trust will provide a display about the Railroad, including a children's activity. www.brrht.org

BRAVO [Battlefield Restoration and Archaeological Volunteer Organization] (Freehold) -demonstrates battlefield archaeology using “artifakes”. A mock Rev.War battlefield will be set up. Children over the age of 10 yrs can help BRAVO members in locating these artifacts, weighing them & mapping results to show where the troops were. Brenda & Cliff Jones (Ewing) will demonstrate quill pen writing. Children & adults are invited to try their hand at calligraphy.

Bruce Hockenbury (Easton, PA) - will demonstrate the craft of blacksmithing.

Bruce Sirak (Burlington) - will portray Republican Governor Charles S. Olden (1799-1876), 24th governor of NJ. Olden was born in Princeton & educated in NJ. He began his political career as a state senator.

Burlington County Historical Society (Burlington) - will provide literature on the James Fennimore Cooper House & Captain James Lawrence's birthplace. Staff will portray Captain James Lawrence, whose rallying cry “Don’t Give Up the Ship”, inspired America’s navy in the War of 1812. Camp Olden Civil War Round Table & Museum, Inc. (Hamilton) - strives to fosters & support a greater understanding of the American Civil War. The Camp willl provide a display. www.campolden.org

Canal Society of NJ (Stanhope) - will present an exhibit on NJ's Morris & Delaware & Raritan Canals. Boat rides will be provided on the D & R Canal. Sales of canal materials will also be provided. canalsocietynj.org

Central Group New Jersey Sierra/NJ Keep It Green (Robbinsville) - will provide information on sustainability, historic construction & conservation on the environment.

Central Jersey Genealogical Club (Hamilton) - promotes family history research by assisting & training members as they research their own ancestry. The CJGC will have an information table with educational materials for family history researchers.

Col. Ogden's 1st NJ Regiment (Perkasie, PA) - will present a Revolutionary War encampment.

Connie Clowers (Gettysburg, PA) - will portray Julia Grant, wife of Civil War General Ulysses S. Grant. She will talk about everyday life in the mid-19th century and present fashions of the era. www.ulyssesgrant.net

Crossroads of the American Revolution Association, Inc. (Princeton) - is the official non-profit coordinator of NJ’s National Heritage Area. The Association will have a tabletop display & literature about the Crossroads of the American Revolution National & State Heritage Area. www.revolutionarynj.org

Darrel Ford (Babylon, NY) - will once again portray Walt Whitman, America’s greatest poet. Visitors can stop and listen as Whitman recites some of his poetry.

David L. Valuska (Kutztown, PA) - will portray Baron von Steuben. Steuben’s Headquarters will be established, complete with marquee. Steuben will discuss his exploits during the American War for Independence.

Deborah Peterson (Harleysville, PA) - will present a Dutch foodways program where visitors will see food preparations appropriate to 18th century Dutch cooking. www.deborahspantry.com

Delaware River Mill Society (Stockton) - is responsible for the restoration, maintenance & operation of the historic John Prall Jr. House & the Prallsville Mills Complex. The Society will have literature available about the site. www.drms-stockton.org

Delaware Valley Old Time Power & Equipment Association (Marlboro) - will display antique trucks, tractors & other operating gasoline engine powered equipment c.1900-1960.

Diane Cebrick (New Hope, PA) will portray Judith Johnson, wife of Garrett Johnson, after whom the Johnson Ferry House is named. She will host visitors to her house, including Rev. Jonathan Edwards & his wife, Sarah.

Dried Flower Designs by Julie (Cape May Court House) - wreaths & dried flower arrangements in handmade pottery will be sold.

Ed York (Milford) - will be selling his book Opportunity Valley. The book focusses on the history of the upper Delaware Valley.

Edison Memorial Tower Corporation (Edison) - preserves, promotes & manages the Edison Memorial Tower, site & museum in Menlo Park. A display of items relating to the current museum & proposed exhibit plans for a new museum will be presented. www.menloparkmuseum.com

Edison National Historic Site (West Orange) - preserves the laboratory & home of Thomas Alva Edison. From 1887 until his death in 1931, Edison conducted experiments in electricity, sound recording, motion pictures & metallurgy here. Education thru Philately Inc. (Edison) - teaches history, geography & culture through stamp collecting. A special cancellation will be available at the fair.

Egg Harbor City Historical Society (Egg Harbor City) - preserves historic objects and documents of the rich German heritage of the city and makes them available to researchers. The Society will feature a display of early city tax records, photographs and artifacts. www.ehchs.org

Flemington Neshanocks (Flemington) & the Elizabeth Athletic Club (Elizabeth) - will play a competitive baseball match according to the rules and customs of the 1870s. Their equipment & uniforms will reflect that era. An interactive activity for children will be offered after the game. www.neshanock.org

Fort Mott State Park (Pennsville) - will set-up a hands-on display depicting a typical base end station used in the aiming of coastal defense artillery. The public will be able to use optics and telephone equipment that the Coast Artillery Corps used in the 1930s & 1940s. www.njparksandforests.org

Friends of the Abraham Staats House (South Bound Brook) - a non-profit group that works with the Borough of South Bound Brook to help support & maintain the historic Abraham Staats House. The Friends will present colonial domestic crafts, music and a Revolutionary War military display. www.staatshouse.com

Friends of the Hancock House (Hancocks Bridge) - assist with the interpretation and conservation of museum objects at the Hancock House. The Society will have an exhibit about the house and host 18th century games for children. www.fohh.20fr.com

Friends of Long Pond Ironworks (Hewitt) – provides interpretive and educational programs about the history of Long Pond Ironworks State Park as well as ironmaking in the NJ Highlands. The Friends will provide an information table with attendants in period dress. http://www.longpondironworks.org/

Friends of Monmouth Battlefield State Park (Tennent) - assist with the preservation & interpretation of the park. Maps, handouts & booklets about the Battle of Monmouth will be available.

Friends of the NJ Transportation Heritage Center (Berkeley Heights) - preserve the images and artifacts of NJ’s transportation history. The Friends will have an information table and display about the Center. www.NJTHC.org

Galloway Morris IV (Phoenixville, PA) - will display & demonstrate antique bicycles from 1880-1910.

Genealogical Society of NJ (Trenton) - is an all-volunteer organization whose mission is to acquire, preserve & publish information on NJ families. The Society will provide information on their organization as well as copies of their publications. Staff will be available to answer questions. www.gsnj.org

General Meade Society of Philadelphia, Inc. - honors & preserves the memory of Major General George G. Meade through tours, living history presentations & an annual scholarship program. General Meade will be portrayed along with some of his troops. www.generalmeadesociety.org

Grover Cleveland Birthplace Memorial Association (Caldwell) - Founded in 1913, the Association promotes the life and legacy of President Cleveland through interpretive tours, lectures and special events. Information about Cleveland’s life will be available as well as 19th century games for children.

Grover Cleveland Birthplace State Historic Site (Caldwell) - is the only house museum in America dedicated to the interpretation of President Cleveland’s life. It is the nation’s leading repository of Cleveland artifacts and political memorabilia. Staff, with members of the Grover Cleveland Birthplace Memorial Association, will interpret Cleveland’s life and provide 19th activities for children. www.njparksandforests.org

Hereford Inlet Lighthouse (North Wildwood) - this 1874 working lighthouse was designed by Paul J. Pelz, designer of the Library of Congress, and also serves as a maritime history museum. Photo albums & literature about the site will be available to visitors.

Historic Speedwell (Morristown) - is the “Birthplace of the Telegraph”. In 1838 Alfred Vail & Samuel Morse successfully demonstrated the telegraph here. The site offers tours, craft programs, reenactments & summer camps. Children & adults will work a telegraph sending out messages in Morse code & translating them back to English letters. www.speedwell.org

Historic Stockton Borough School (Stockton) - established in 1832, is the oldest 3-room schoolhouse in NJ. A display of historic photos and documents will be featured. Staff will explain how the school has been adaptively reused for 21st century education. www.stocktonschool.us

Historical Society of the Rockaways (Rockaway Township)– preserves historic sites and documents in order to promote interest and civic pride in local history. The Society will provide an information table. http://historic-rockaways.org/

Historical Society of West Caldwell (West Caldwell) - will have an information table on the Society's goals and activities.

History on the Hoof (Burlington) - engages audiences of all ages through historically based character portrayals, songs, activities, and/or storytelling. Stacy Roth will portray Molly Pitcher (Mary Hays) and David Emerson will portray George Washington. www.historyonthehoof.com

Holcombe-Jimison Farmstead Museum (Lambertville) - is dedicated to preserving Hunterdon County and NJ’s rural heritage through the acquisition and exhibition of artifacts from the 18th, 19th & 20th centuries. The Museum will feature a display of artifacts. www.holcombe-jimison.org

Howell Living History Farm (Titusville) - is an educational facility operated by the Mercer County Park Commission that preserves and interprets farming life and processes from 1890-1910. Visitors can try their hand at using a 2-horse plow to plow furrow.www.howellfarm.org

Hunterdon County Rug Artisans Guild - members of the Guild will be dressed in period clothing and will demonstrate traditional rug hooking of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Hunterdon Radio Theatre (Clinton) - will perform three live radio plays: Conversations with Dudley Dewlap - NJ Gems, Conversations with Dudley Dewlap - History of Hunterdon County & Missing Pictures - The Making of a Secret Agent Dad. www.hrtonline.org

James M. Wade (Princeton) - Come take a journey back in time & discover the original Indian inhabitants who once lived in the Washington Crossing State Park area & throughout Central NJ. Actual stone artifacts will be displayed & discussed.

Jocelyn Ackerman (Washington) - will assist with 18th century games & work in the garden.

John and LaRae Garrettson (Mt. Holly) - will portray Reverend Jonathan Edwards and his wife Sarah at the Johnson Ferry House. Rev. Edwards was the 3rd President of the new College of New Jersey.

John Bernaski (Oxford) - is a practicing wet plate photographer. He will portray a traveling photographer c1852-1880’s & demonstrate his craft using period equipment.

John R. Baylis (Cassville, NY) - will portray President Abraham Lincoln, talking about his life and presenting excerpts from his speeches. Mr. Baylis has portrayed Lincoln for over 20 years, performing at numeruos reenactments, schools, verterans' organizations and other service groups. NYSLincoln.com

Johnson Ferry House/Washington Crossing State Park (Titusville) - visitors can tour the house & meet the lady of the house, Judith Johnson, who is also hosting Rev. Jonathan & Sarah Edwards. Outside they can experience Dutch-American cookery, children's toys or a walk in an 18th century garden. www.njparksandforests.org

Judith Krall-Russo (Edison) - is a food historian & tea specialist. Many of her programs focus on the agriculture of NJ. Her programs on the Jersey tomato & blueberries are sponsored by the NJ Council for the Humanities. www.teafoodhistory.com

Larry Clowers (Gettysburg, PA) - is an experienced re-enactor, actor, & living historian who will portray General Ulysses S. Grant. His portrayal of General Grant is nationally known, having performed in California, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Indiana, & Virginia. He will relate his many experiences during the Civil War. www.ulyssesgrant.net

Latif Rashidzada (Hackensack) - will portray Albert Einstein. He will also judge the Einstein Look-a-Like contest.

Lawnside Historical Society (Lawnside) - interprets the home of Peter Mott - a free black man who was an ordained minister & agent of the Underground Railroad. Staff will portray Peter Mott & his wife Elizabeth Ann. They will talk about their experiences helping families escape to freedom. www.petermotthouse.org

Lawrence Historical Society (Lawrenceville) - administers the 1761 Brearley House & the 1834 Port Mercer Canal House. The Society will present a display with historical literature. www.thelhs.org

Linda Russell (New York, NY) - is a balladeer who will explore America's past through music. For 30 years, she has performed at schools, community centers and historic sites. Ms. Russell will present music from the Civil War period, playing the dulcimer, pennywhistle & guitar. She will sing parlor songs, minstrel melodies, hymns & Civil War anthems. lindarussellmusic.com

Long Branch Historical Museum Association (Long Branch) - is restoring the Church of the Presidents, the last historic structure associated with 7 U.S. Presidents who vacationed in Long Branch in the late 19th early 20th centuries. Long Hill String Band (Lambertville) - a six piece acoustic group that will perform traditional American tunes on traditional instruments such as the guitar, banjo, mandolin, fiddle, mountain dulcimer & upright bass. www.longhillstringband.com.

Lost Art Lacers of North Jersey (Newton) - preserve & promote the art & craft of lacemaking. Dressed in period attire, members will demonstrate lacemaking & tatting. www.lostartlacers.org

Lyon Camp #10 - SUVCW - (Elmer) - will present an authentic Civil War medical field hospital complete with surgical instruments, medicines and accessories.

Marc Dowdell (Trenton) - will portray an indentured servant at the Johnson Ferry House. He will work in the garden & assist with chores around the house.

Mid-Jersey Antique Car Club (AACA) (Allentown) - raises scholarship funds for young men to work in the automotive industry. The Club will display a variety of antique cars from the 1920s to the 1950s. Car owners will be available to discuss the history and workings of their cars.

Millbrook Village Society, Inc.( Branchville) - interprets handcrafts & life in a late 19th century rural community in NW NJ. They will provide a spinning demonstration & instruction, wood carving, crocheting & corn grinding. www.millbrooknj.com

Monmouth Battlefield State Park (Manalapan) - Staff will demonstrate musket use and lead wooden musket drills. Molly Pitcher & General von Steuben will be on hand. www.njparksandforests.org

Monmouth County Archives (Manalapan) - contains substantial holdings of county & municipal historical records. The archives will have a table display with information on the history of Monmouth County. www.visitmonmouth.com/archives

Morristown National Historical Park (Morristown) - General Washington made his headquarters here during the winter encampments of 1777 & 1779-80. Soldier life will be displayed and children can participate in a musket drill. www.nps.gov/morr

Mott's Artillery (Landing) - This Revolutionary War era artillery unit will depict the lives of artillery soldiers. The unit will also demonstrate cannon firing. Distaff will be sewing. www.mottsartiller.org

Nancy Feriyok (Hopewell) - will demonstrate 18th century wool spinning.

National Park Service, Gateway NRA-Sandy Hook/Fort Hancock (Fort Hancock) - will display a table top exhibit with photographs of the historic sites on Sandy Hook. Literature will be available on the Women's Army Corps, the U.S. Life-Saving Service, the Sandy Hook Proving Ground, the Sandy Hook Lighthouse and Coastal Defenses. www.nps.gov/gate

Native New Jersey (Moorestown) - A cultural outreach providing insight to New Jersey's continuing tribal communities through drumming, dance, history presentations & displays. NJ Division of Parks & Forestry (Trenton) - will provide an information table on NJ’s state parks, forests and historic sites. A variety of site specific items will be for sale. www.njparksandforests.org

NJ Fire Engine & Equipment Museum (Long Branch) - will exhibit and demonstrate fire fighting equipment, tools and techniques from the colonial era through the 1940s. Children can participate in a bucket brigade.

NJ Frontier Guard (Blairstown) - a non-profit educational corps whose mission is the accurate portrayal of life in the Royal Province of New Jersey during the period of the French and Indian Wars (1754 - 1765). Through living history presentations, the members of the Frontier Guard recreate & demonstrate the crafts, skills, campfires, military activities, & daily life of the mid-eighteenth century. www.frontierguard.org

NJ Historic Trust (Trenton) - funds historic preservation projects throughout the state. www.njht.org

NJ Historical Commission (Trenton) - is dedicated to enriching the lives of the public by preserving the historical record and advancing interest and awareness of NJ’s past. www.newjerseyhistory.org

NJ Lighthouse Society - is dedicated to fostering an appreciation of the history & preservation of lighthouses, particularly those located in NJ, Delaware Bay & NY Harbor. The Society's exhibit will feature an informational diorama/display, interactive children's activities & retail sales of lighthouse-themed items. www.njlhs.org

NJ State Archives (Trenton) - holds over 300 years of publicly accessible historical records about NJ and its people. The Archives will provide literature and research advice relative to its collections and services. www.njarchives.org

NJ State Museum (Trenton) - founded in 1895, NJSM is one of oldest state museums in the US. The museum presents exhibitions & programs on archeology, cultural history, fine art & natural history. www.newjerseystatemuseum.org

Old Barracks (Trenton) - originally built in 1758 to house troops during the French & Indian Wars, it is best known for its role in the Battles of Trenton during the Revolutionary War. An informational exhibit will be displayed along with brochures & historical information about the site. www.barracks.org

Outwater's Militia (Easton, PA) - teaches the public about the importance of the citizen soldier during the American Revolution. They will represent NJ Militia displaying typical gear and offering a drill activity for children. www.outwatersmilitia.com

Princeton Battlefield Society (Princeton) - is an Officially Recognized Friends Organization for the Battlefield. The Society will conduct community outreach for their 1783 activities. www.saveprincetonbattlefield.org

Priscilla Hiter (Medford) - will sell handcrafted baskets, textiles, jewelry & watercolors of Batsto.

Rebecca Morris (Philadelphia) - will bring 19thc dog carts & discuss their historic use.

Ridley & Anne Enslow, playing hammered dulcimer & fiddle, will perform 18th century music for the Tricorn Dance Ensemble.

Ringwood Manor State Historic Site (Ringwood) - This 582 acre site features a 51 room manor house, formal gardens and remnants of a once thriving iron industry. Over the course of two centuries, the property was home to several prominent families - namely the Ryerson’s Coopers and Hewitts. www.ringwoodmanor.com

Robert A. Emmons, Jr. (Camden) - will display historical & educational materials about Mexican airman Emilio Carranza. Filmmaker Emmons will give several presentations on the life of Carranza and his role in NJ's history. A media presentation will also be available. www.robertemmons.com

Rockingham Association (Kingston) - is dedicated to the preservation, restoration and interpretation of Rockingham State Historic where General Washington wrote his ‘Farewell orders to the Armies of the United States”. Rockingham State Historic Site (Kingston) - interprets the Berrien farm to the period when it served as the final Revolutionary War headquarters of General George Washington. A hands-on 18thc activities will be provided. www.rockingham.net

Roy Justice (Chambersburg, PA) - brings history to life by combining music, history & storytelling into interactive programs. Roy will portray a strolling minstrel, singing period songs & engaging guests with questions about colonial history. royhjustice.com

Save the Fell House Committee (Franklin Lakes) - is trying to save the 250 year old home of John Fell, a member of the Continental Congress. The home is slated to be demolished. www.savethefellhouse.org

Solebury Smithery, Inc. (New Hope, PA) - offers decorative metal art design, including Revolutionary War silhouettes made from steel.

Stan Saperstein (Pennington) - will portray Francis Hopkinson. Hopkinson designed the American flag & was instrumental in designing the Great Seal of the United States. He contributed the 13 stripes, 13 stars, the arrows & olive branch.

Steuben Society of America/Franz Daniel Pastorius Unit #38
(Philadelphia Unit)
- is an educational and patriotic organization of American citizens of German background. Its goal is to enhance the public’s understanding of the contributions of these citizens to the nation’s history. Members of the Pastorius Unit will host an information table. The Society is sponsoring David Valuska's portrayal of General von Steuben. www.steubensociety.org

Still Family Society, Inc. (Queens, NY) - will provide a character portrayal of Dr. James Still, the “Black Doctor of the Pines”. The Society will also sell books written by or about Still Family members, including “The Underground Railroad” by William Still, a railroad pioneering conductor and “The Early Recollections and Life of Dr. James Still”.

Susan McLellan Plaisted (Morrisville, PA) - proprietress of Heart to Hearth Cookery, will be located on the banks of the Delaware River (across Rt. 29) demonstrating Lenape fishing techniques with demonstrations of cordage, fish net weaving and the preservation of fish and mussels on the drying rack. www.hearttohearthcookery.com

Swan Historical Foundation, Inc. (Princeton) - is dedicated to encouraging and inspiring continuing knowledge and appreciation of the American Revolution. The Foundation helps support the interpretive programs at Washington Crossing State Park.

The Living History Shop (Columbus) - Richard Toone will demonstrate 18th century woodworking techniques using original tools. www.livinghistoryshop.com

The Sea Dogs (Fieldsboro) - will perform sea chanties & songs of the sea. Historical information about sailing ships, ship-board work, pirates & the everyday life of a sailor will also be presented. www.brownejenkyn.com/seadogs.html

The USS Lehigh (Lenhartsville, PA) - is a Civil War era navy & civilian reenactor group of the 1800s. The group will provide a living history program of the US Navy in the 1800s, focsing on a sailor's life aboard ship during the Civil War.

Thomas Edison Papers (Rutgers) - is a research center at Rutgers University that publishes & develops the documentary legacy of America's most prolific inventor & innovator. A hands-on exhibit will include a small scale reproduction of Edison's iron ore separator, open & closed circuit system & hand battery. Thomas Skic (Lambertville) - will display WW II artifacts including uniforms, photographs, patches/pins and manuals.

Thomas Warne Museum (Matawan) - acquires & preserves Matawan area history. The Museum will demonstrate various colonial toys & school activities of the 18th, 19th & 20th centuries. An overview of "East Jersey" will also be provided. www.thomas-warne-museum.com

Tuckerton Seaport (Tuckerton) - Dedicated to preserving, presenting and interpreting the rich maritime history, artistry, heritage and environment of the New Jersey shore and the unique contribution of its Baymen. The Tuckerton Seaport is a project of the Barnegat Bay Decoy and Baymen's Museum. www.tuckertonseaport.org

Trenton Historical Society (Trenton) - interprets Trenton's history and that of the state capital. The Society will bring a tabletop display representing the history of NJ's capital city and the society's ongoing research & preservation efforts. www.trentonhistory.org

Union Forge Heritage Association (High Bridge) - provides information on the historic properties of thr Borough of High Bridge, including the Solitude House Museum. Wallace House & Old Dutch Parsonage (Somerville) - Wallace House is best known for being Gen. Washington's headquarters during the Middlebrook Cantonment of 1779. The 1751 Parsonage was home to the Frelinghuysen family & later occupied by the Rev. Mr. Jacob Hardenbergh, founder of Queens College (Rutgers). A display table will focus on the history of these two historic resources. www.njparksandforests.org

Walt Whitman House State Historic Site (Camden) - is a standing testimony to the enduring presence of America’s “Great Poet of Democracy”. Here Whitman lived the last years of his life. An interpretive display and talks about Whitman will be presented. www.njparksandforests.org.

Washington Crossing State Park & Visitor Center Museum (Titusville) - This National Historic Landmark is the site where George Washington made his historic Christmas night crossing of the Delaware River in 1776. The museum houses an exhibit of many rare and unique Revolutionary War era artifacts. www.njparksandforests.org.

Water Works Conservancy, Inc. (Oradell) - advocates for the preservation and restoration of the Hackensack Water Works site. The Conservancy will display an exhibit on the historic Water Works. www.hwwc.org

Whitesbog General Store. (Browns Mills) - will sell specialty products related to the NJ Pine Barrens.

Whitesbog Preservation Trust & Pinelands Institute for Natural & Environmental Studies (P.I.N.E.S) (Browns Mills) - will provide an interpreter to portray Elizabeth Coleman White who developed the first cultivated blueberry. Kids’ activities will be featured as well as information on the natural and cultural history of the NJ Pine Barrens. www.whitesbog.org
