|NJ Real Estate Appraiser Board Issues Advisory Opinion Regarding Broker Price Opinions|
On November 27, 2012, the New Jersey Real Estate Appraisers Board (“the Board”) approved the issuance of an Advisory Opinion regarding whether real estate licensees may prepare Broker Price Opinions without engaging in the unlicensed practice of appraising. A copy of the Advisory Opinion is available through the Board’s public web site at www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/real/realbpo.pdf.
