Greater energy efficiency in New Jersey's more than 3 million existing buildings is crucial if our State is to achieve the energy efficiency goal of the EMP. To help formulate the strategies for EE, the BPU has engaged the Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP) to work with the BPU and stakeholders.
