Providers & Stakeholders: Contracts, Legal Notices, Licensing, MedComms
DHS deals with a wide variety of service providers and agencies. New Jersey State Law requires transparency in all such transactions, contracts, and legislated rules. Therefore Public Notices are required so that the public and providers can have easy and timely access to information regarding contracts and rules governing DHS and its providers.
This website section provides links to contract material, forms, and requirements. It also posts the most recent public notifications and legal notices of requests for proposals or requests for information, all of which are also published in the New Jersey Register.
In addition, DHS must post legal notice of all Rule Proposals, Proposed Amendments and Rule Adoptions.
In the left navigational column you will also see links that take you to the Office of Contract Policy and Management (OCPM) as well as to the Office of Licensing. These will provide great detail for compliance with contracts, grants and other financial or service provider conditions required by DHS and/or the State of New Jersey.
Divisions sometimes have requirements which are very specific to their needs, so there are also links on the left which go directly to their divisional websites in order to stay as current as possible with contractual changes or updates.
