Clemency Advisory Board

On June 19, 2024, Governor Murphy issued Executive Order No. 362 , which established the Clemency Advisory Board. The Board will review clemency applications and recommend whether each application should be granted. The members of this Board represent a range of perspectives on and experience with the criminal justice system generally and executive clemency in particular.
