DCA Announces Sessions for

2011 NJ Governor's Conference for Women

15 Sessions Address Leadership, Career, Personal Finance and Healthy Living Topics

TRENTON, NJ – New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) Commissioner Lori Grifa today announced the session lineup for the 2011 NJ Governor's Conference for Women. Attendees can choose from 15 different educational sessions in such areas as career advancement, personal finance, healthy living, business startups and leadership. Sessions reflect five different "tracks": Community, Living, Business and Economy, Health, and Politics. The conference is slated for Tuesday, May 3, at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

"The goal of this conference has always been to inspire women to reach their full potential and pursue their true passion in life. This year's sessions – and the speakers and moderators who are presenting them – ably speak to that goal," Commissioner Grifa said.  "Instead of dwelling on the controversies that often dominate and consume the news and our everyday lives, the conference sessions will focus on the positive steps, encouragement and support needed to move ourselves forward."

The theme of the 2011 NJ Governor's Conference for Women is "Read All About It."
