The OPD filed a federal class action suit challenging the conditions of solitary confinement at the Middlesex County Jail. Deputy Public Defender Fletcher Duddy and Assistant Deputy Public Defender Jesse DeBrosse of the OPD Special Hearings Unit have done an excellent job putting the case together with the assistance of Middlesex Deputy Jennifer Sellitti.
