In State v. Robinson, the NJ Supreme Court rejected the State’s arguments seeking to limit its discovery obligation in detention cases.  Instead, the Court accepted Public Defender Krakora’s arguments and crafted a rule requiring meaningful discovery in advance of detention hearings.
