PD Krakora has appointed Joseph J. Russo, Mary Ciancimino and Jay Keesler to the Deputy positions in Appellate, Hudson and Burlington, respectively.  The appointments coincide with the retirements of Matthew Astore (Appellate) and Cedric Edwards (Burlington).
