Public Defender Krakora to serve on the Criminal Sentencing and Disposition Commission

Governor Murphy has activated the statutorily created Criminal Sentencing and Disposition Commission to review NJ’s sentencing scheme and recommend reforms.  PD Krakora is representing the OPD on the Commission.
