The Assignment Judge of Morris County issued a preliminary injunction on December 24 preventing Mercer County from moving over 300 of our clients to the Hudson County Jail (over 60 miles away) as part of its plan to close its jail. Lauren Michaels and Fletcher Duddy are providing first class representation to the office in the case.
