In a major victory for drug court applicants, the Appellate Division confirmed Track 2 eligibility consistent with the new Drug Court Manual. Alexander Varghese from the Cumberland Region did great work at the trial level and OPD Drug Court Director Stephen Hunter argued the case in the Appellate Division.
