NJ Supreme Court to Hear OPD’s Second Order to Show Cause for Relief of State Prison Inmates

The NJ Supreme Court has agreed to hear a second Order to Show Cause. This one seeks relief for state prison inmates who are getting sick and dying at an alarming rate. All briefs will have been filed by close of business on May 20.
