Assistant Deputy Public Defenders Danica Rue, Caroline Bielak and Cody Mason were honored at the OPD 2nd Annual Forensic Science Conference. They achieved the first ruling in NJ striking down the Shaken Baby Syndrome as scientifically unreliable.
