Judicial Conference on Jury Selection Recommends 26 Reforms to the Jury System

In the aftermath of November’s Judicial Conference, the full Committee approved 26 reforms for our jury system. The OPD took the lead in advocating for one of the most important – a pilot program featuring attorney-conducted voir dire.
