OPD Secures Historic Win in Shaken Baby Syndrome Case

The Appellate Division today ruled that the Shaken Baby Syndrome is not scientifically reliable to the extent it seeks to account for traumatic brain injury by shaking alone. This is a historic ruling. Cody Mason handled the appeal which validated the trial level work of lead counsel Danica Rue assisted by Caroline Bielak.
