The New Jersey Small Employer Health Benefits Program (“SEH”) Board has established its 2022 meeting schedule which is set forth below. 

All meetings conducted for the duration of the State of Emergency as declared by Governor Murphy, and in accordance with P.L. 2020, c. 11, approved March 20, 2020, will be held by teleconference.  As open public meetings, members of the public may listen to the meetings using the following dial-in information.

All meetings conducted after the expiration of the State of Emergency as declared by Governor Murphy will be held at the office of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance of the Mary Roebling Building, 20 West State Street, Trenton, New Jersey in the 11th Fl. Conference Room.  Teleconference access will not be provided to the public for meetings held at the office. 

All meetings will begin at 10:00 a.m.

This schedule of the regular meetings of the SEH Board has been posted and distributed as required by N.J.S.A. 10:4-18 of the “Open Public Meetings Act.”  Additional meetings may be scheduled as needed.  Interested parties may call the SEH Program at 609-940-7608 or access the Department of Banking and Insurance web site at to check on any meeting dates.
