Recently, the Department ordered GEICO and its subsidiaries to take corrective action on certain policies impacted by an improper rate adjustment.

Please be advised that letters have been issued directly to the impacted policyholders, and their policies have been adjusted accordingly. If your policy was affected, you should have received a letter, and either a credit was applied to your policy or a premium refund was issued.
