The first public meeting of the Cannabis Regulatory Commission was held on Monday, April 12, at 2:00pm. The meeting marked the official start of the Commission's work to ensure a fair and equitable adult-use and medical cannabis marketplace in the state of New Jersey.

Proceedings related to the July 1st 2019 Request for Applications for new Alternative Treatment Centers are currently stayed (paused) by the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Please note that the RFA is still pending and all requirements as outlined in the July 1, 2019 Notice and related materials remain in effect for applicants in contention. Medicinal Marijuana Program Now Serves Over 100,000 Patients
Following the addition of new qualifying medical conditions as well as lowered patient and caregiver fees, the Medicinal Marijuana Program has seen the number of patients in the program grow six fold since the day Governor Murphy took office in January, 2018. 124,162 patients are in the program. 1,378 doctors and 4,826 caregivers also participate.
