The Mechanical Inspection Bureau of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Compliance (BB&PVC) is an agency found with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development in the Division of Public Safety and Occupational Safety and Health. Since 1913, this Bureau has promoted greater safety to life and property through the uniformity of construction, installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection of boilers and pressure vessels.
