Absentee
Ballot Revision Update |
|
On
October 2, 2002, the New Jersey Supreme Court
ordered that the name of Robert G. Torricelli
be removed from the November 5, 2002 General Election
ballot as a candidate for the office of United
States Senate and a replacement was named. The
United States Senate candidates are now: Douglas
R. Forrester, Frank R. Lautenberg, Ted Glick,
Elizabeth Macron, Gregory Pason and Norman E.
Wahner. |
The
counties of Cape May, Gloucester,
Mercer, Morris and Somerset
had already started sending out absentee ballots
with Mr. Torricelli's name on it. All of those
affected voters will receive a corrected ballot
including instructions for its return. |
