Rule Proposal -  License and Registration Renewals, Duplicates, Interim Driver Licenses and Non-Driver Identification Cards and Restorations

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed new rules and amendments to the Driver License and Registration Renewals, Duplicates, Interim Driver Licenses and Non-Driver Identification Cards and Restorations rules.  The Commission’s proposal was published in the July 20, 2020 issue of the New Jersey Register.

Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, njmvc.gov.  Copies may also be obtained by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, NJ 08666-0162; or by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
