As the Project Manager at the New Jersey Office of Planning Advocacy Ms. Rivera oversees the organizational operations at NJOPA. Her unique combination of strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills have enabled her to excel in her role. Before joining NJOPA, Jackie was the Project Specialist at the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority within the Division of Strategic Operations. She managed the administrative operations of the NJRA Redevelopment Training Institute and other program initiatives.
Ms. Rivera’s expertise lies in leading cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives on time, within budget and with high quality. Ms. Rivera has over 20 years of experience in creating and executing project plans, managing teams and delivering projects to completion. Jackie’s success is built on passion and commitment to ensure all project targets are met within budget and time constraints.
